I cannot sign in
Register with your email, verify it using the latest confirmation message, and complete your player profile. If you already have an account, use its verified email to sign in or reset your password.
My team or role is wrong
Team membership, Captain, and Vice-captain access are controlled by the league's current membership records. Send the league your account email and expected team; do not send your password.
A match summary looks incorrect
Open the completed match in the app and use Report Summary Issue. The report is private and lets the super-admin review the official summary without starting a public discussion.
Community standards
Keep discussions respectful and cricket-related. Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, graphic violence, spam, and sharing someone else's private information are not allowed. Text screening rejects certain abusive or explicit phrases; moderators can remove reported posts, replies, and media. Only share photos and videos you have permission to share.
I need to report community content
Open the options menu on a post or reply and choose Report. You can also choose Block member to hide community interactions with that person. Manage blocks in My Profile → Blocked members on iOS, or Blocked members in web Community. Contact admin@goccl.org if you cannot access the content to report it.
